Quest Counseling is a private non-profit Behavioral Health agency which opened in 2003. We provide individual, family, and group counseling to adolescents, young adults, and adults who have substance use and mental health issues. We also offer prevention services, drug testing, trauma therapy, couples counseling, crises intervention, comprehensive assessment and evaluation and psychiatric care.

As of December 2017, our current funding priorities are:

  • Quest House for Adolescent Girls: Quest House is a transitional living program where adolescent girls live in a home-like environment.  Clients are given the opportunity to learn and practice new behaviors that reduce the possibility of relapse and improve quality of life when the individual returns to their own home and community.  Quest House programs include co-occurring treatment for clients experiencing substance use disorders and mental health conditions.
  • Quest House for Adolescent Boys: Quest House is a transitional living program where adolescent boys live in a home-like environment.  Clients are given the opportunity to learn and practice new behaviors that reduce the possibility of relapse and improve quality of life when the individual returns to their own home and community.  Quest House programs include co-occurring treatment for clients experiencing substance use disorders and mental health conditions.
  • Adolescent & Adult Outpatient Services for Substance Abuse and Mental Health: We are a behavioral health agency specializing in outpatient adolescent substance abuse services. We also provide outpatient substance abuse and mental health counseling for adults.
