jolene Jolene Dalluhn, MA, LADC – Executive Director
Ms. Dalluhn has her Master’s degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, and is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor and is certified to supervise alcohol and drug abuse counselor interns. Jolene has been working in the substance use disorder field since 1997, co-founded Quest Counseling, is fluent in Spanish and is a certified Multi-Dimensional Family Therapist and Supervisor.
Debra Kamka Debra Kamka, MA, LADC – Director of Operations
Ms. Kamka has her Masters degree from the University of Nevada, Reno and is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor.  She is certified to supervise alcohol and drug abuse counselor interns. She has been working in the field of substance use disorders since 1994, co-founded Quest Counseling in 2003, and is a certified Multi-Dimensional Family Therapist.

COUNSELING STAFF

Gary Smith, MS, LADC, CPGC-Intern
Mr. Smith received his Master’s degree from the University of Nevada, Reno.  In addition to being a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor, he is also a Certified Problem Gambling Counselor Intern.  He has been with Quest Counseling since July 2009.
Mollie Booth, BA, CADC
Ms. Booth attended the University of Nevada, Reno, and has a degree in Criminal Justice.  She is a State of Nevada Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor.  Ms. Booth has lived in Reno all her life and has been working at Quest Counseling since 2010.  She likes to incorporate creativity into counseling by using art and journaling.
Dawn Yohey, MS, MFT, CADC-Intern
Ms. Yohey received her Master’s degree from the University of Phoenix.  She joined the Quest staff in May 2010, and recently moved to a contractor’s position after taking a counseling position with Willow Springs Center.
  Cara Elliott, MS, MFT, LCADC
Ms. Elliott graduated with a Master’s degree from California State University, Fresno in 2012. She joined Quest in September 2013, and specializes in Family Systems, CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), and narrative therapies.
Evan Miller, MA, MFT, CADC-Intern
Mr. Miller holds a BA in Speech Communications and MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Nevada, Reno. He is a Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counseling Intern who has been working at Quest since 2014.
Alyson Mullen, BA, CADC
Ms. Mullen is currently working on her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Nevada, Reno and has been with Quest since 2015.
Amy Lewis, BA, CADC
Ms. Lewis graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Addiction Treatment. She is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor with the State of Nevada and a certified BASICS/CASICS Practitioner. She has been working in the field of substance use disorders since 2010 and has been with Quest Counseling since July, 2015.
Brinn Wallace, MA, MFT, CADC-Intern
Ms. Wallace is a native to Northern Nevada and graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She obtained a Master of Arts from the University of Nevada, graduating in 2014 with a degree in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Ms. Wallace is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Alcohol and Drug-Intern and began working at Quest in 2016.

Jillian Anderson has her Master’s degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. She is working toward a license in Marriage and Family Therapy and is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counseling Intern. Ms. Anderson has been a member of the Quest team since 2013. She specializes in working with adolescents and has over 8 years experience working with youth in various non-profit settings. She believes in a creative and individualized approach for each client and their family. Ms. Anderson specializes in addiction treatment and prevention, existential therapy and family systems approaches.
Ana De La Maza, MA, MFT-Intern, CADC-Intern
Ana received her Master’s degree in Counseling and Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Nevada, Reno. She is a bilingual therapist, and worked with children and teenagers at Alliance Family Services in 2011 and 2012. She utilizes a person-centered and CBT approach when working with her clients.

Mashara received her BA in Psychology from University of Nevada, Reno, in 2014, and her MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2016, and was a 2015 AAMFT Minority Youth Fellow. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Intern and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Intern. She specializes in working with adolescents and adults with co-occurring disorders and utilizes a person-centered, strengths-based approach in working with her clients.She enjoys incorporating creativity and mindfulness into clinical practice.

ADMIN STAFF

Cindy Walters Cindy Walters – Office Manager
Ms. Walters has been working in the nonprofit sector for 20+ years after relocating to Northern Nevada is 1993. She joined the Quest team in July 2009. In addition to her office manager responsibilities, she also serves as Human Resources Manager.
Ginny Thompson, PMP – Business Operations and Planning Manager
Ms. Thompson received her BS in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and is a PMP-certified project manager. She recently moved to Reno from Silicon Valley and has been with Quest since February 2017.
Arlette Reyes – Medical Billing Assistant
Ms. Reyes started working for Quest in September 2013. She attended TMCC where she learned to fluently translate for Spanish speaking families. She loves what Quest does for the community and being a big part of it.
Tobi Kelly Tobi Kelly – Bookkeeper
Ms. Kelly is a native Northern Nevadan. When she left Reno for college, she knew immediately she would come back to make it her home. She’s been crunching numbers for 20 years and loves working at Quest. She is proud to be part of an agency that works so hard to serve its community and make a difference in the lives of those it touches.
Morgan Green, MA – Intake Coordinator
Morgan joined Quest Counseling in February of 2014.  Her primary responsibility is meeting with individuals and families and helping them with our admissions process. Morgan received her Masters in Sociology from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2009.

Dr. Thomas is a graduate of North Dakota, School of Medicine, where he received his medical doctorate degree.  Quest contracts with Dr. Thomas to provide medication management services to our MAT court clients.  Dr. Thomas is a Board Re-Certified Family Medicine Physician.

Brenda Hallman, MA, MFT, EMDR Certified
Ms. Hallman has been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for 15+ years. She specializes in treating clients who have experienced trauma, utilizing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Ms. Hallman enjoys working with adults, couples and adolescents as they navigate through life’s unexpected difficulties.
