Quest Counseling & Consulting Inc. is a nonprofit corporation funded in part by the State of Nevada’s Department of Health & Developmental Services, Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Agency (SAPTA). Quest Counseling’s programs are also supported by grants and client fees.*

What We offer

adolescent services

  • Substance use, mental health, and psycho-social evaluations for adolescents.

  • Individual substance use counseling for adolescents including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

  • Group counseling for adolescents addressing substance use and mental health.

  • An adolescent group home for males with substance use and mental health conditions.

  • An adolescent group home for females with substance use and mental health conditions.

  • Eye Movement Densensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy for adolescents.

  • Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy.

  • Drug screening.

adult services

  • Substance use, mental health, and psycho-social evaluations for adults.

  • Individual substance use and/or mental health counseling for adults including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

  • Group counseling for adults addressing substance use and mental health.

  • Counseling programs which comply with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd DUI court requirements, as well as 2nd Judicial Medication-Assisted Treatment requirements.

  • A support group for parents of individuals with substance use.

  • Eye Movement Densensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy for adults.

  • Parenting and anger-management education.

  • Peer Recovery Support (PRS).

  • Drug screening.

Our rates

If you are not insured, the following are our rates of service.

evaluations

Behavioral Health and Substance Use - $140

Behavioral Health and Substance Use (Spanish) - $175

Mental Health - $175

Psychiatric - $200 (must be a current client of Quest)

Psychiatric Evaluation Management - $100

 

Individual psychotherapy

Individual - $110

Family psychotherapy - $110

Crisis Intervention - $115, $60 per additional 30 minutes

 

group counseling

Adolescent - $30 (must be a current client of Quest)

Adult - $35 (must be a current client of Quest)

Drug testing

Rates vary depending on type of test administered.
