MFT-I or CPC-I
Essential Functions:
Provide youth and adult counseling with a clear goal in mind.
Perform behavioral health evaluations and intakes in a timely manner with good conceptualization.
Provide crisis intervention as needed and seek consultation on difficult cases.
Advocate for clients regarding criminal justice issues, health and general well-being.
Maintain a client caseload and provide at least twenty-three (23) hours of direct service weekly. Communicate with referral sources, parents, case managers, etc. to ensure best quality of client care.
Administer accurate drug screens and provide accurate reporting of drug screen results to parents and referral sources.
This is a full-time position. After 90 days of successful employment, Quest offers the following company paid employee benefits: health, dental, vision, LTD and Life Insurance, and after 1 year of employment is eligible to participate in 401K plan with company match.
Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, including marijuana.
Hours: 8:00a/9:00a to 5:00p/6:00p - Monday through Friday

Qualifications:
Master’s degree from an accredited university.
Ability and willingness to work as a team member.
Willingness to be flexible with work schedule to accommodate program and client needs while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
