FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Quest Counseling Is Moving To A New Location

Quest Counseling Expands Services by Acquiring New Building Location

Reno— AUGUST 28, 2023 — Quest Counseling is a full-service outpatient behavioral health agency. We offer treatment for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders for children, adolescents, and adults. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, caring, and quality behavioral health treatment to each client and family seeking services. Quest is thrilled to announce that after a two-year search for new location that would allow Quest to expand and stay on the cutting edge of behavioral health treatment, we have secured a new building at 6110 Plumas St., Reno, NV 89519.

Unfortunately, while this move will eventually allow for all of Quest’s programs to exist in one location, only one suite in the new building is currently available. For this reason, Quest’s Child & Youth Psychiatric Program will need to remain at its current location until the second suite becomes available to us. We recognize that this is not ideal, but we will work diligently to make sure that the needs of all clients and families continue to be met. We will update all stakeholders, community partners, donors, clients, and families when the second suite becomes available, and we are able to move this essential program to the new location as well.

“This new professional office space will mean welcoming clients and the community to a larger, more comfortable and beautiful setting that is conducive to therapy and healing for all,” said Jolene Dalluhn, Executive Director at Quest Counseling.

Positive Client Impact

Quest Counseling has been proud to serve the Northern Nevada Community for over 20 years. Though we have specialized in serving adolescents since our inception, in the last few years we have expanded our services to include a Child Psychiatric Outpatient Program, serving children as young as five, through age 17. We have also recently expanded our Perinatal Mental Health Program, as well as our contracts with Washoe and rural specialty courts. With the growth of these programs, as well as the growing need for overall mental health services since the pandemic, it is going to be a huge benefit to our clients, and the community as a whole, to move into this beautiful, much larger facility.

“The whole team at Quest is so excited because these new offices will now reflect the quality of care that Quest provides,” said Ana de la Maza, MA, MFT, LADC, Clinical Director at Quest Counseling.

New Location

Quest commits to minimal interruption of client services as we get ready to complete this very large, and complicated move. The move is scheduled to take place September 28-30 of 2023. Our offices will be closed during this time; however, we will still be able to respond to crisis calls. The new offices will open Monday, October 2, 2023. We will be actively seeking donations and volunteers to make this move happen as easily as possible. Quest plans to move over in part throughout the month of August and September, and then all major items the span of two days in September. We are working diligently to pack up our current location. We are also informing all stakeholders, donors, community partner agencies, and clients. Quest could not be more excited for this new expansion and will look forward to seeing everyone at the new location.

Announcements

Quest Counseling Is Moving To A New Location

As Quest Counseling programs grow and expand, our facilities need to as well. It is with great excitement and pride that we want to inform you about our upcoming move from 3500 Lakeside Court to 6110 Plumas St., Reno, NV 89519. Quest searched diligently for over two years to find a new location best suited for our organization.

This exciting move benefits our community and clients because it will help us further our mission to provide comprehensive, caring, and quality behavioral health treatment to each client and family seeking services. Expanding our space also means an expansion in services which assists in deterring clients from the emergency room and psychiatric hospitals.

The move will take place September 28-30 of 2023. Our offices will be closed during this time, but will reopen Monday, October 2, 2023. Quest commits to minimal interruption of client services as we get ready to complete this very large, and complicated move.

If you have any questions about Quest relocating to our new facility, please do not hesitate to reach out to myself or Quest leadership.

All In-Person Groups are CANCELLED for Tuesday February 28, 2023 due to inclement weather and poor road conditions. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. Groups will resume as soon as safe road travel is possible for staff and clients.
